Instructions

This inventory is to be completed for every AI system within the BAUER GROUP. It serves as the basis for risk classification and the Go/No-Go decision.

Notes

  • Each system receives a unique ID (format: AI-BGI-XXXX)
  • The inventory is updated at least annually
  • For new AI products: create an entry before development begins
  • This inventory is an internal document and is not published
