AI Governance Framework

Structure

The BAUER GROUP integrates AI governance into the existing organisational structure. No separate governance apparatus.

Processes

  1. New product with AI: Assessment schema Art. 5 → Risk classification → Go/No-Go → (if Go) Compliance implementation
  2. Existing product + AI extension: Same as new product, but review whether risk level changes
  3. Internal AI usage: Ensure AI Literacy, observe deployer obligations
  4. Annual review: Update AI inventory, review classifications, conduct training
