Executive Management
- Final Go/No-Go decision for AI products in the EU market
- Strategic positioning (avoidance vs. compliance)
- Resource allocation for compliance measures
Head of Development
- Technical implementation of Art. 8–15 requirements (for high-risk)
- Integration of AI Act checks into CI/CD pipeline
- Model versioning and documentation
- Cybersecurity (coordinated with CRA responsible person)
Project Management
- Maintain AI system inventory
- Conduct risk classification per product
- Create and update technical documentation
- Coordinate conformity assessment
All Employees with AI Contact
- Complete AI Literacy training
- Use AI systems in accordance with their intended purpose
- Report anomalies and incidents
